Refunds and Cancellation - policy summary

We aim to be fair and transparent. This summary explains cancellation windows, refund eligibility, and how milestone adjustments are handled.

Cancellation by client: Clients may cancel a project by written notice. Refunds are calculated based on completed work and any non-recoverable third-party costs.

Refund eligibility: Refunds are available when work has not been delivered as specified in the agreement, or when deliverables are materially incomplete. Refunds exclude time already spent on completed deliverables and third-party fees.

Milestones and partial refunds: For milestone-based engagements, payments tied to completed milestones are not refundable. If cancellation occurs mid-milestone, we calculate the pro-rata cost of work performed and provide either a refund or credit.

Dispute and resolution: If you disagree with a refund calculation, contact hello@nexfiore.com - we will review and respond promptly. If needed, both parties may escalate to mediation per the contract.
